应用 for Your New 鹰牌/Upload Photo Online
应用 for your new 鹰牌 online 和 upload your photo. There is no initial cost for your card.
- 登录 电子商务 和 verify/update your personal information (e.g. Personal 信息rmation > Personal Details > Preferred Name).
- 登入网址: 鹰牌 Online using your UHCL username 和 password.
- 选择ID类型，“选择文件”，选择“上传政府颁发的ID”.必须有照片 be .jpg(或 .jpeg) file format.
- 回顾并遵循照片要求和常见错误. "Choose file" 和 select "Upload Photo."

Preferred Name on 鹰牌

How to Update Preferred Name
Students may update their preferred name through 电子商务. The preferred name option is listed under Personal 信息rmation.

Lost/Stolen 卡

Student Eligibility
- 学生在支付部分或全部学费后可获得霍克卡 和费用.
- 有“待定”经济援助的学生有资格获得霍克卡.
- 领取霍克卡时，必须出示政府签发的有效身份证件.
- 继续学习的学生必须交还以前的学生证，以便领取新的学生证 鹰牌.

Employee Eligibility
- 教职员工可以收到他们的教职员工鹰卡，只要他们 在PeopleSoft和鹰牌系统中有活跃记录. 教师, staff 和 affiliates 会有卡片标签来反映他们在PeopleSoft系统中的角色吗. 教师, staff 希望确认资格的附属公司可以联系他们的招聘部门 or Human Resources (B2537, x2160).

Request Building/Room Access
员工(学生，教师，员工)和附属机构可以要求刷卡访问特定的 areas across UHCL campuses:
- Submit the online access request form at the Requesting Access webpage. 申请“Prox卡”访问，并提供打印号码的最后6位数字 the back your proximity 鹰牌.
